76. gala rozdania nagród Emmy, zaplanowana na niedzielę 15 września 2024 roku, ma na celu przywrócenie regularnego kalendarza nagród telewizyjnych. 

To wydarzenie będzie drugą ceremonią wręczenia nagród Emmy w 2024 roku, po 75. gali, która odbyła się w styczniu z powodu opóźnień spowodowanych historycznymi strajkami scenarzystów (WGA) i aktorów (SAG) w 2023 roku.

Dla jasności Akademia Telewizyjna przyznała nagrody za sezon telewizyjny 2022-2023 podczas styczniowej ceremonii, natomiast nadchodząca 76. gala uhonoruje osiągnięcia sezonu 2023-2024. Ceremonia odbędzie się w Peacock Theater w Los Angeles i będzie transmitowana na żywo przez ABC o godzinie 2:00 w nocy czasu polskiego.
